As the third-generation owner of E-Z Kitchens, Joel serves in partnership with his brother Jeremiah. He has been integral to the EZK team since his early years as the warehouse sweeper #1. Moving from sweeper to designer, deliveries, and then install, he has worked many different jobs in the company. Joel moved to Colorado and opened the first EZK outside of Nebraska in 2020. It took hard work and determination and we are proud to have expanded this way! Joel manages our Colorado Springs location with integrity, honesty, and commitment to both his customers and employees. He has great pride in being a leader for the EZK team and is excited to help customers create their dream kitchen with EZK!

As a Colorado native, Lea grew up in Woodland Park. She graduated from college with an associates degree in both psychology and interior design in 2014. She then began her career in kitchen and bath design in 2015. Lea’s favorite job is a challenging kitchen where she can help the client make floor to ceiling selections and make their Kitchen dreams come true! Lea is hard working, honest and caring. She is an asset to the EZK Design team and we are lucky to have her as our lead designer in Colorado!

As the administrative assistant and sales representative here in Colorado, Nicole takes on many different tasks and responsibilities. Anything from basic office organization & customer communications, to in person sales marketing. Nicole enjoys all of the different aspects of her role with EZK! She has been in leadership and administrative roles for 15+ years, and loves helping our employees and customers to be sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
